403(b) Retirement Savings Plan

Employees are eligible to enroll in a 403(b) with Fidelity. Please visit www.NetBenefits.com/AtWork to enroll.

Ask Fidelity sessions are brief group presentations on different topics followed by time for Q&A. Please be on the lookout for the next session and register in advance by using this link to enroll.

Enter Catholic Health Services of Long Island into the Employer Name field and select “Virtual Event” to register for the sessions you would like to attend.

    If you are an active employee and have an existing Catholic Health 403(b) account at one of the legacy record-keepers prior to Fidelity, you have the option to consolidate your account(s) at Fidelity. This is called a Contract Exchange. For more information on processing a Contract Exchange, please review the Account Consolidation: Frequently Asked Questions here.
